We want you to be fully satisfied with your Joseph Joseph purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and instructional manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
